Also hi it's been a while since I last wrote a journal so here's a little update on my life.
Me and my family are in quarantine and it's been 2 months. We're all safe and have only gone out to get groceries/other important stuff.
And my dad can't work much, so we've been waiting to get our money from the government. So yeah I guess me and my family are doing ok. Quarantine has been getting to me though. I kinda miss going to school and I was gonna get my GED in May but that's not happening. My school is doing online classes and they're using zoom, but I don't trust that program. So I just lied and told them that my computer is too slow and old to handle it lol. I'd rather go to school, than do it online anyway. It's too stressful to do academic work at home and my sleeping schedule has been a mess. So it's probably gonna be a few months until I go back :/

At least I have the time to do my own things, like drawing and helping my brother out on a little fanfic project we have going on!
I'll talk more about it at a later date, but our project is sonic related! My bro's the writer and I'm gonna be drawing some scenes from our series! I'm excited about it!!
Other than drawing I've been watching some duck cartoons. I'm so happy that ducktales is back from hiatus!! Season 3 has been awesome! I think my favorite episode so far is the double-o-duck one or quack pack.
While waiting for more ducktales episodes I've also been watching darkwing duck! I'm a new fan too. A lot of episodes haven't been great, but it's a lot of fun watching it with my brother. Making jokes and just appreciating the small moments of these episodes. Also I cried after watching episode 47 damn that was sad.
We came up with a lot of headcannons for the characters too and some of them are really silly lol
For example, how the fuck is darkwing able to survive all this shit. I know it's a silly old cartoon but In episode 43 he walked through lava! LAVA!! I can't think of any other character in the show who's able to do that. Like in the 1st episode near the end darkwing got caught in an explosion and he survived, but the villain and his goons probably died cause they haven't shown up since.
I headcannon that he was experimented on when he was new to the superhero thing and that's how he's able to live through all that.

Damn it's been a long time since I last wrote one of these. Anyway, I've been pretty inactive this past month or so? Just haven't felt like going on here much. I'm also having problems with my computer, so I have to use my tablet if I wanna go online or draw.

I'll try my best to explain what's going on with it. It's a windows 7 dell optiplex 7010 desktop computer. I don't know why, but for some reason the monitor blacks out and only stays on for a few minutes. The screen can come back on if I turn the monitor off/on again, but only for a few seconds. Besides that, everything else works. I thought it was the old monitor that was the problem so we got a cheap "new" one! But when the new monitor was connected the same thing was happening.

I have no idea what's going on with this stupid computer. It's been like this for a few weeks now and I'm depressed that I can't work on any of my art projects. My parents don't know much about computers either so I'm not sure if this will ever get fixed. I tried googling this, but that's not helping either or maybe I'm just terrible at searching solutions for my problems and I can't understand computer stuff uggh.
Wish we could just take this fucking thing to a shop or something to get this looked at, but I doubt we could afford it.
I miss drawing on my computer and using sai, my fave program! I'm trying to get used to drawing on a tablet with an app called autodesk sketchbook, but it's very hard. Maybe I'll upload some art I drew on there.

But yeah these are just some of the reasons as to why I haven't been posting much.

We actually got our internet back last week. I’ve just been quiet because I was playing these really fun games, Rayman Adventures and KH unchained X, and I was also watching some youtube. It’s been about 5 months since we had internet, I’m so happy!!!

Anyway, I’ve been drawing on and off for a while because my pen for my UGEE tablet broke. But, my dad just ordered a new one, so hopefully it’ll come soon. I finished a painting last week, but couldn’t post it because my scanner was acting up and my life was being taken over by video games again. But I will post it today!  Until I get that new pen, I might post some sketches.
